Each Quispe Azul garment is made to order. Once complete, your piece will be sent via ground service and typically arrives within 3–5 business days within the U.S.
Tracking information will be sent by email when your order is on its way. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as packages cannot be rerouted once they're in transit.

Returns & Exchanges
Each Quispe Azul piece is made to order, with textiles that are woven and finished by hand--because of the handmade nature of our work, we’re only able to offer limited returns and exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a construction issue, please contact us at hello@quispeazul.com within a week of delivery with your order number and a few photos. We’ll review the issue and work with you on the solution such as repair, exchange, store credit, or refund.
Some variations in texture, color, weave and trims are a normal part of working with handwoven textiles and handmade finishes.
