Each Quispe Azul garment is made to order. Once complete, your piece will be sent via ground service and typically arrives within 3–5 business days within the U.S.
Tracking information will be sent by email when your order is on its way. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as packages cannot be rerouted once they're in transit.

Returns & Exchanges
Natural shedding & pilling:
Quispe Azul garments are made with woven alpaca wool and hand-finished details. Because of the natural fiber and open weave, some shedding or pilling may occur with wear, especially in areas of friction.
Surface care:
To maintain the surface, gently use a soft garment brush or sweater comb, working in one direction and avoiding hard pressure on the fabric. Take extra care around trims and hand-finished details.
Steaming:
To refresh your garment, lay it flat and lightly steam from a safe distance. For stronger wrinkles, place a clean cloth over the surface and gently press only where needed. Avoid heavy pressure, as this may flatten the natural texture of the weave.
Ironing:
If using an iron, use the steam setting and keep the iron slightly lifted from the surface. Place a clean cloth over the garment and press lightly in brief moments where needed. Do not drag the iron across the fabric.
Spot cleaning:
For small marks, spot clean gently by hand using a damp cloth and a small amount of mild soap or wool-safe detergent diluted in water. Blot lightly and avoid rubbing the surface.
Deeper cleaning:
For a deeper clean, we recommend professional dry cleaning only. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or bleach.
Storage:
Store your garment folded in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. For tops, we strongly recommend folding rather than hanging to help preserve the shape of the garment over time.
