SHIPPING
Each Quispe Azul garment is made to order. Once complete, your piece will be sent via ground service and typically arrives within 3–5 business days within the U.S.
Tracking information will be sent by email when your order is on its way. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as packages cannot be rerouted once they're in transit.

Returns & Exchanges
When you place an order, your Quispe Azul garment is woven, cut and hand finished by hand just for you. This allows us to create with intention, reduce excess, and honor the time it takes to make something by hand.
Because of this process, please allow approximately 6 weeks for your garment to be made before it ships. This timeline gives us the space to prepare your selected style with care, from weaving and construction to embroidering and final finishing. Slight variations in texture, weave, and trims are part of the character of the work, and a reflection of the human process behind each piece.
When you place an order, we begin making your garment specifically for you. We’ll keep you updated along the way and notify you once your piece is ready to ship. Thank you for supporting a slower, more intentional way of making.
